AMT Electronics introduces a new line of tube pre-amp guitar amplifiers. This line of preamps is part of the AMT Bricks series of devices. The AMT Bricks series includes various devices (preamps, effect pedals, noise cancellers, cabinet simulators, device control controllers, pedalboards, etc.). The unifying factor of the AMT Bricks series devices is their design and functional compatibility. Most of the devices in the series can be used both independently and together.The AMT Bricks series and the X-Lead/X-Clean tube preamp range are constantly expanding. Compactness, versatility and "adult sound" - this is the motto under which a new line of preamps was created, built depending on the number of amplification stages entirely on vacuum triodes, or using hybrid lamp + semiconductors technology.

AMT Bricks A-Bass-this device is based on the scheme of the legendary Alembic bass preamp line.
Small size (Snickers size).
A full set of adjustments (Gain, Treble, Middle, Bass, Level), despite the compact size.
Anode voltage (+250..300 V).
The use of full-tube or hybrid (lamp + semiconductors) circuitry with effective emulation of cascades on vacuum triodes by semiconductor elements.
The ability to operate in the preamp mode (connection to the Return amplifier) or in the drive pedal mode (connection to the Input amplifier).
The pedal can be controlled from the outside, as well as control external devices via special connectors CTRL A and CTRL B.

You can use preamps not only as separate devices, but also as a group of preamps connected in a sequential chain (via the audio path and via the control connectors CTRL A and CTRL B). In the latter case, the inclusion of any preamp in the chain will lead to the shutdown of the remaining preamps, that is, to the transfer to the TRUE BYPASS mode. Thus, without the use of any external devices, you can implement a multi-channel preamp from almost any reasonable number of preamps of the X-Lead/X-Clean line, switched according to the "one of" rule.At the manufacturer's discretion, the pre-amp can be equipped with one of the following lamp types: AMT-12X7WS, 12X7, ECC83 (or another 12X7 compatible lamp).
