The TU-02's high-contrast color display ensures precision and ease of setup wherever you play. A durable, padded clip keeps the tuner securely attached to the headstock of the instrument, while the swivel design lets you choose the optimal viewing angle. One CR2032 lithium battery lasts up to 24 hours of continuous use, and for extended runtime, it has an automatic shutdown feature when idle.

Versatile tuning modes and quick-release design allow the TU-02 to be used to set up a variety of instruments. There are standard modes for tuning guitars, 4- and 5-string basses and ukuleles, as well as chromatic for alternative tuning or tuning other stringed instruments. A two-semitone down flat tuning is also supported, ideal for musicians working in "heavy" styles. In addition, if necessary, the standard reference height (440 Hz) can be changed in the range of 430 - 450 Hz.
