The AMT Electronics C-Drive mini overload pedal emulates the unique sound of distant "relatives" of Cornford Engl amplifiers, surprisingly combining purity of tone, versatility, and minimalism. On one drive channel of this device, you can get a preload from an easily loaded wedge crunch to an evil high-gain.

Drive guitar effects are connected to the input of the "clean" channel of guitar combos and amplifiers and are designed to make you enjoy the overloaded guitar sound. Drive overload pedals allow guitarists to give out the sound of iconic tube amplifiers, while maintaining the characteristic sound of the instrument.

The Drive series uses new original circuit solutions developed by AMT specialists, using emulation of overload of lamp cascades and allowing to obtain a bright and rich sound in the style of original lamp overloads with low-voltage (9V) power supply and low current consumption (less than 4mA). When working with guitar effects of the Drive series, do not forget that the sound you expect to receive from the guitar depends not only on the pedal itself, but also on which amplifier or combo you have connected, as well as on the brand of guitar. The Drive pedal series uses a passive bypass, so choose only high-quality connecting cords. On the other hand, the passive bypass does not distort the sound of the instrument when the pedal is turned off.

The GAIN control is used to adjust the sensitivity.
TONE – this regulator coordinates the timbre of the guitar effect overload with the clean or crunch channel of the combo (amplifier).
To expand the possibilities of timbral matching with amplifiers and combos that have a different general sound character, a step-by-step switching of M/F timbre settings is provided. It is recommended to use mode F to work with a clean channel, mode M – to work with the wedge-crunch channel of the amplifier (combo).
LEVEL – adjusts the output signal level. The standard signal is – 10dB. When the regulator is at the maximum, you get +8dB at the output. Such a signal level can be used when there is a desire to overload the input circuits of a guitar combo or amplifier.
