Set: 4 potentiometers 25K (2 tone + 2 volume), stereo Jack socket, mounting screws, springs, wires with connectors.
The 57TW/66TW is a dual mode version of the popular 57/66 kit. The TW set features selectable single coil and humbucker sounds using EMG's patented three coil design.
The 57TW bridge pickup uses a combination of alnico and steel, making it a real rocker in both single-coil and humbucking modes. Single coil selection is smooth and seamless. The high resonance of the pickup conveys the sound with unambiguous purity.
The 66TW's neck pickup features the popular humbucker design, and the choice of single-coil mode gives the player brilliant smoothness. The 66TW is a true hybrid design that uses both ceramic and alnico magnets. By using both types of magnets, the sound from one coil is clear and powerful.
NOTE. Standard EMG humbuckers are 0.9" thick. The 57/66TW is 1.1 inches thick. 0.2” difference.
