Jazz Bass pickups deliver the sound, feel and articulation of a great '62 Jazz Bass. They feature signature warmth, subtle aggressive attack, mid-range growl and a J-tone that sounds just right, and they're even lower-pitched than before.
Why should we limit the amazing sound to 4 strings? We have modified the coil geometry and winding configuration to compensate for the differences in the nature of extended range instruments. It is now possible to convey the subtle characteristics of the traditional "J-tone" all the way down to the low "B" tone. This pickup uses the wider cover size of modern Fender Jazz V basses.
The pickups are hand assembled in California. Our team of craftsmen take pride in crafting Seymour Duncan products to deliver the most amazing sound possible.
