The ST-1 MK2 Lanen microphone, based on the STC-3D MK2, is one of the few condenser microphones on the market in its price range to feature a true large 34mm diameter capsule with a gold-plated 1" diaphragm.
Almost all other brands talk about a large diaphragm of 16 to 19 mm, and the difference in diameter is significant!
Unlike "entry-level" products, which are often too cold and too bright, with a less-than-full sound in the bass and lower-mid range, the ST-1 MK2 Lanen perfectly reproduces the clarity and warmth of the recorded source.

Based on the STC-3D MK2 and offering the same features and sound quality, the ST-1 MK2 Lanen is a versatile studio/stage condenser microphone featuring a low-pass cutoff filter and attenuator, as well as a 34mm capsule with a 1" diaphragm.
The microphone is great for recording vocals, percussion, guitar, piano, brass, etc.
