Safety precautions

1. Work with epoxy glue in gloves
2. Ventilate the room
3. Do not allow the glue to get on the skin, and if it gets wet, wipe it with acetone and wash it off with soap and water
4. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with soap and water for 15 minutes
5. Glued objects should not come into contact with food
6. Do not take orally and keep away from children

Composition

The base is an epoxy resin and a hardener in a double syringe in one consumer package. It does not contain solvents!

Full curing time

Complete curing takes place in 24 hours at a temperature of 20-25C.
The higher the temperature, the shorter the rejection time and vice versa

Scope of delivery

Double polyethylene syringe 25 ml:
Component 1: epoxy resin with modifying additives;
Component 2: hardener.

Gluing

1. Clean the glued area. For better adhesion, roughen the surface with sandpaper
2. It is advisable to wipe the surface with a swab soaked in gasoline, alcohol or acetone
3. Air dry
4. Gluing is preferably carried out at a temperature of +10 to + 30 degrees
Preparation for gluing

1. In an upright position (with the spouts up), easily pull the piston towards you (up to 3 cm) so that the air bubbles rise up
2. Cut off the spouts with scissors or a knife
3. Squeeze out an equal amount of resin and hardener from the syringe, pull the plunger towards you when it is necessary to stop squeezing
4. Mix thoroughly
5. Apply the adhesive EDP syringe in a thin layer on the cleaned surfaces
6. Connect, squeeze tightly and fix the surfaces with a rope, a load or any devices
7. Leave it in this position
8. The polymerization reaction will begin to occur after 4 minutes. After an hour, the materials and products are ready for further use

The epoxy glue in the syringe is suitable for 36 months. It is recommended to store the EDP glue syringe after opening in an upright position in the original packaging, in a ventilated room, protecting it from moisture and direct sunlight
