The virtuosos of progressive metal Periphery are known for their technically complex rhythms and precise timbres – tones that require powerful passive humbucker pickups with the right power and articulation, regardless of whether they stand alone or work in a dense mix. The Alpha and Omega pickups were created with this level of precision and versatility in mind.

Working with guitarist Mark Holcomb, the Omega bridge pickup was created to provide devastating percussion and growl in the mid and low frequencies. It is aggressive, but at the same time has great clarity and brightness, which manifests itself regardless of whether you are playing complex chords, single-note lines or intense solos.

The Alpha neck pickup differs from most traditional fingerboard models. It was voiced in such a way as to combine the best qualities of a fingerboard and a bridge pickup, with some of that greasy glassy sound, but also with a lot of your peak attack and freehand phrasing.

Available as a set or individual neck or bridge pickups in 6, 7 or 8-string versions.
