The original powerful active humbucker Blackouts (AHB-1) provides the powerful crunch and silent operation necessary for a full-fledged metal strike.
The original Blackouts high-output active bridge humbucker provides all the power and rich impact that modern metalheads require from an active pickup. You get a high output level of the active pickup with a more organic sound and an open tonal response, which allows you to reveal the true character of your guitar. The treble and bass characteristics go beyond the range of traditional active pickups and have been carefully balanced with slightly smoothed midrange frequencies for perfect sound.

This pickup perfectly reproduces screaming compressed harmonics and is articulated enough for ultra-fast riffs with responsive dynamics throughout the neck. Pair it with a Blackouts neck humbucker to get a perfectly matched set. If your metal is suitable for working at great depths, Blackouts are also available in 7- and 8-string versions.

With crisp highs and crushingly hard lows, these pickups will make your riffs sound all the way down to low B or lowered A (for 7-strings) and low F# or lowered E (for 8-strings). No matter how fast you're picking up speed, these pickups will handle it thanks to the silent work of the muscles.

Regardless of whether your device is set to a passive or active pickup, there is a suitable dimming for it. These high-performance active sensors come with connectors, hardware, quick-release cables, a capacitor (active sensors require a special cap value), an output connector, a battery clip, and the wire required for installation. If your guitar already has active pickups with quick-release cables, you can simply disconnect them and connect the dimming.

*6-string and 7-string fingerboards are equipped with an Alnico 5 magnet.
