Composition:

Putty paste and hardener in one consumer package

Full drying time:

No more than 5 hours (at a temperature of 20C). When working with putty at temperatures below 20C, the curing time may increase

Preparation:

It is recommended to clean non-primed surfaces from dirt, foreign particles, grease, rust, etc.
Putty should be prepared immediately before filling: enter the putty paste into the hardener and mix thoroughly until smooth. If there is insufficient mixing, the putty may cure inhomogeneously.
To reduce the viscosity of the composition, dilute it with solvent 646

Application of epoxy putty:

Apply the prepared putty mixture to the surface with a spatula (brush).

Sealing of a deep cavity with a putty:
1. Apply several layers of putty, the thickness of each layer should be no more than 8 mm
2. Apply putty to the surface of the product
3. Apply a reinforcing material (preferably fiberglass)to the putty layer
4. Apply a layer of epoxy putty over the fiberglass

Removing the mold from the product using epoxy putty:
1. Apply a separating layer (for example, based on wax) to the surface
2. Apply fiberglass
3. Apply another layer of putty over the fiberglass
4. Remove the frozen mass after curing the putty from the product

After curing, the putty can be sanded with sandpaper, a file, etc.
The viability of the composition after the introduction of the hardener is at least 30 minutes
